Call Center Representatives to start ASAP!
at Premier BPO Inc. in Philippines
Essential Job Functions
1. Interacts with customers through phone; answers inquiries or complaints and up sells products and services as necessary. Convinces customers to avail of products/ services being offered in accordance with the campaign standards set by the company and its clients
2. Meets individual metrics in Performance, Quality and Attendance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
3. Answers customers concerns/ inquiries accurately and logically; builds rapport and clarifies the said items by asking relevant questions; captures pertinent customer information accurately; ensures customer satisfaction at all times; offers sound rebuttals to meet the sales requirement of the campaign(s)
Education and Experience
1. Strong conversational English, verbal and written communication skills REQUIRED.
2. College degree in Business, Marketing or related area preferred. Commensurate work experience considered
3. selling and/or customer service experience preferred (at least 6 months)
4. Understanding of US business culture preferred
5. Understanding of US Geography and Demographics preferred.
6. At least 1 year prior experience working with computers and experience with Microsoft Windows and use of the Internet.
7. Willing to work in Eastwood City, Libis
