full time Job Hiring: Call Center Supervisor!

at Premier BPO Inc. in Philippines

Supportive Job Functions

1. Motivate and coach CCR’s daily through group meetings, one on one coaching sessions, games and incentives
2. Monitoring of CCR’s through wave file recordings, side by side monitoring, silent monitoring and provide feedback and co-create action plans with agents and training team for continuous improvement
3. Assist in the development of CCR’s through staff observation, coaching, feedback, monitoring forms and training; hourly, daily, weekly
4. Be on the floor 80% of shift to assist Call Center Representatives with questions and issues related to the project
5. Recommend and discuss potential training needs for staff and assist the with implementation processes when necessary
6. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience:

1. Strong English verbal and written communication skills REQUIRED
2. College degree in Business, Marketing or related area preferred. Commensurate work experience considered
3. Managing in an outbound or inbound call center environment REQUIRED (at least 6 months managing a team of 15 CCR’s)
4. Understanding of US business culture REQUIRED
5. Understanding of US Geography and Demographics REQUIRED
6. At least two years prior experience working with computers and experience with Microsoft Windows and use of the Internet
7. Willing to work in Eastwood City, Libis
