BOH Restaurant Kitchen Manager - Saudi Arabia Riyadh

BOH - Kitchen Manager Needed for a South African Brand Restaurant Group Opening
Training to Start in October in SA, will be relocating to Saudi Arabia in Middle December to start training in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia
(Salary Negotiable + All Allowances) - Visa, accommodation, transport, airfare tickets, meals, medical, etc. will be supplied)
Candidate must be Male and between (25 - 35)
Requires Fields
• 5 -7 + Years of Restaurant Management Experience – Back of House (Kitchen) & FOH
• Matric / Relevant Hospitality Diploma an Advantage
• Valid Current Passport
• Marketing and Sales Experience Needed – Good Understanding and follow through
• Able to work extensive hours - not a clock watcher – A Good All Rounder
• Able to understand the needs of the Restaurant Trade - BOH CONTROLLER and Par Levels, being able to order correctly
• Need to have Interaction skills, Leadership skills/experience and follow attention to detail
•Knowledge of HR guidelines including basic IR, training, recruitment etc.
•Knowledge of Administrative and Business Procedures
•Knowledge of Safety, security and Hygiene standards and procedures
•Manage Day to day operations including ordering of stock, acceptance of stock, portion allocations, procurement related issues, stock losses and accountability.
•Need to have the Maturity level to deal with preferred suppliers and respect the National Buyers role within the procurement side of the business
•Need to follow Policies and Procedures and ensure staffs understand and follows protocol
•Need to conduct Monthly Audits on Quality, Procurement, and Financials and be audited.
•Need to be strong in Customer Service and need to follow up and complete customer’s complaints through action plans and implementation.
•Need to give full Analyst Reports and Feedback to Line manager - General Manager
