Seeking an experienced Office Assistant for the our city office for a three-month contract with the option of extending. Duties will include but not limited to :
Data entry (Excel or Mac - Numbers)
Entering receipts in spreadsheet
Entering contacts on spreadsheet
Creating invoices
Answering and making phone calls
Booking and billing travel arrangements
Weekly errands and office purchases
To be considered for this position candidates must possess 1 yr relevant experience, attention to detail, punctual & reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and producing timely results. Excellent computer skills and phone manner is essential for this post.
