Requirements:
• English - chine's- (Cantonese) speaker, good references and history, min 5 years experience, computer skills (Microsoft, search engine).
• Integrity, coaching, loyalty, availability, continuous learning, listening and communication, persistent.
• Enhance communication by understanding what people are really saying and why.
• Deal with conflict with employees and other difficult situations.
• Make use of active listening skills in order to collect important information.
• Manage meetings for all types of groups and situations.
• Make use of ideas submitted by team members without offending others.
• Develop a system for giving and receiving important feedback in order to improve productivity and strengthen team identify.
• Shift emphasis off of individual success and on to achieving common goals.
• Define and set up a method to track your team’s assignments and activities.
