Essential: Accounts assistant with experience in a variety of accounting tasks.
Wide range of accounting experience preferred including inter co recharges, credit control, cashbook reconciliations. Experience with similar accounting software
Key Tasks:
Providing cover in a variety of areas when other members of the team are on leave or off sick – accounts payable, posting cash books, invoicing 3rd parties, credit card (receipt) postings, balance sheet reconciliations, credit card (payables) postings, bank postings, reconciling credit card takings per outlet versus what has actually been received, fixed asset reporting, creation of vendor and customer accounts. Providing support in ad-hoc tasks as requested
