- Has experience in Nationwide or International implementation of reputable Full-service Restaurant,
- Has progressive experience in the whole restaurant operations
- Has experience as an area manager
- Very good in financial statement skills
Has very good skills in controlling cost (labor, food, etc.)
Has very good knowledge on inventory
Knowledge on nationwide logistics
Can author Operations Manual and Systems Manual
Has a wide connections network in the food industry
Male or Female
