MAINTENANCE/ PRODUCTIONS ASSOCIATES
(PRODUCTION SHIFT OPERATORS) – 40 POSTS
The core deliverable for this role is the management of overall productivity for your assigned production line. Efficient labor utilization through staff supervision, training and development,; capacity maximization through effective machine maintenance and upgrade/improvement; and the execution of quality, safety and hygiene standards will be core responsibilities.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must have the following:
- Minimum of engineering diploma in Mechanical or Electrical.
- Minimum of two years experience of machine operations and hands on maintenance.
- Experience of meeting set productivity targets e.g. units per hour, machine utilization, wastage levels, etc.
- Experience of implementing quality and safety standards such as HACCP, TPM, TQM, and/or ISO.
- Proven staff supervision experience.
- Male, 25-32 years old.
Experience gained in a high hygiene environment such as food production or pharmaceutical manufacturing will be an advantage but is not essential.
