Salary & Benefits:
1. Salary NT$70,895(PhD), NT$67,925(MA), NT$60,890(BA)/mo
2. Evaluation and Performance bonus : equivalent to 1 month pay
3. Airfare Reimbursement
4. Rent Allowance : NT$5,000/month for a single teacher, or NT$10,000/month for a teacher with dependent(s)
5. Winter paid vacation: a one-week more or less Chinese new year paid holiday that falls either in January or February according to Taiwanese law (Weekends included)
6. Other Paid national holidays
7. Nation laborer insurance and health insurance provided
8. Contract period: 10.5 months
9. Working week: Monday to Friday
10. Teaching Hour: 5hr/ day max
11. Working hours: 08:00 ~ 16:00
12. Student's age: 08~13 (Elementary level)
13. Size of class: 38~48 kids
14. Work permit & alien resident visa (ARC): school will help you apply for it.
