Our International client is looking for an experienced HEALTH INSURANCE SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT from Canada or Austrailia for their Saudi Arabian business unit.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Health Insurance Subject Matter Expert will act as a Consultant to various clients and the internal organization. Areas of expertise are Health Insurance Business Process and Health Insurance Information Standards. This is a one year term, full time contract.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand the current business and data architecture and help define the business architecture of the system’s end result;
•Use your domain experience to facilitate agreement between clients and gain consensus;
•Align and quality assure the project deliverables with international and Saudi health insurance standards (business, privacy and information);
•Participate in the data architecture and strategy for health insurance data model and rollout for Saudi Health Insurance Business;
•Ensure alignment of the implementation of the health insurance business with the proposed architecture (both business and data).
QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
•Minimum 12 years working in the Canadian or Australian health insurance industry;
•Comprehensive understanding of the health insurance business processes at insurance companies (i.e., claim management, enrolment services, etc);
•Understand all policies and business related issues (i.e., fraud management, privacy, governance, etc.);
•Expertise in data standards related to health insurance business (e.g., ICD-10, AR-DRG, HIPAA, etc.)
•Understanding of the challenges facing health insurance companies in terms of process improvement, integration with healthcare providers, and customer satisfaction;
NOTE: Relocation expenses will be reimbursed and Salary in Saudi Arabia is TAX FREE! Only candidates with Canadian and Australian health insurance experience will be considered.
