Business Analyst for IT firm in QC (Direct Hire)
at HR Officer in Philippines
(National Capital Reg - Quezon Avenue, Quezon City)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Gathers business and user requirements from clients and prepares business documents (process flows, use cases, screen prototypes, test plans/scripts, etc) or user requirements specifications document
Performs requirements analysis and system design (data modeling, etc)
Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Has understanding of Web technologies expertise, conducted user requirements sessions, and client facing experience
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent
Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
Software Development or any Programming experience preferred
Background in object oriented programming (Java, C#) is an advantage.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
