HR Manager for a Food Industry / Manufacturing Company (Direct Hire)

- Must possess at least Bachelors degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Progressive career path
- At least 3-5 years in Managerial experience in HR
- Not more than 40 years old, FEMALE
- Experience in the ff HR areas: Recruitment, ER, Training, CompBeb, Labor Relations, labor law, Performance appraisal system and Organization Development
- Should be organized, systematic with high people management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Keen on details and goal oriented
