TSC is Kuwait’s largest independent retailer and a leading supplier of supermarket items, perishables, and general merchandise in the Middle East is in need of the following:

Produce Section Supervisor (Leading Operative) – Team Leadership; Ensure team maintain standards of pack process and quality; Advise and actively participate on process development; Oversee pre-production trials and sign-offs on production runs.
Quality Control/Receiver (Produce Products) – Supervision of in-coming Product and Packaging material; Measure and record production process quality against set specification; Audit and report in hygiene standards on both facility and personnel.
Pack House Operatives (Packers) – Responsible for packing products within a team wotking to process flow function; Move product with Mechanical Handling Equipment (M.H.E.). (Male – 25% and Female – 75% of total requirement)
Store Merchandiser – Responsible for shelving. Link between the customer/store complain suggestion & the factory. Responsible for displaying the product in the store.
Stock Controller – Provision of stock control and ordering procedures; Accurate Stock Take Count; Systematic labeling and allocation of space for incoming goods, goods in process and outgoing finished product; Roll cage or pallet; Complete pick list and report shortages on an ongoing basis.

Applicants must be 25 to 35 years old for supervisory level and 21-30 years old for the other positions. Should have relevant work experience in a well established supermarket, produce (fruits&vegetables) wholesalers, distributors or packers.

Preliminary interviews will be conducted on MAY 7, 8 & 9, 2009
