SYSTEM DEVELOPERS

• Minimum education requirements are four-year college degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related discipline. Other degrees will be considered with the appropriate background and experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in development and implementation.
• Required skills: PHP, C#, Java, Advance MySQL, SOAP, JavaScript, Ajax Technology, XHTML, CSS.
• Experience in three-tier architecture with SQL back-end or service oriented architecture is a definite advantage.
• A solid understanding of system development methodology and object-oriented design.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in oral and written English.

• Must be willing to travel and be assigned in overseas engagements.

WEB DESIGNERS

• Knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques, strong online portfolio that highlights your creative thinking.
• Strong CSS and JavaScript, Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Flash.
• Relevant experience of at least 2 years.
• Knowledge of print design would be an advantage.

• Some programming background would be an asset but not a requirement.

FLASH ANIMATORS/INTERACTIVE DEVELOPERS

• Knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques, strong online portfolio that highlights your creative thinking.
• Relevant experience of at least 2 years in Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Flash.

• Strong ActionScripting and JavaScripting.

IT PROJECT MANAGER

• At least 2 years experience as Project Manager for software development and system design.
• Proficient in requirements analysis.
• Posses general understanding, in the area of software programming, code versioning system system design.

• Proficient communication skills.
