Dental Lab Technician
at 3Shape A/S Shanghai Representative Office in China
3Shape is looking for a highly motivated CAD/CAM dental technician with strong communication skills to support and train our Asian customers using our system. You will be based in our office in Shanghai and should expect to be travelling both domestically and internationally.
We are currently building our Chinese office responsible for sales and
support to our Asian customers. This includes our partners which are among the top international dental supply companies as well as dental laboratories. Being in daily contact with the customers and helping them to use the 3Shape products optimally, you will be a key member of our team in Shanghai.
Responsibilities
3Shape is looking for a highly motivated CAD/CAM dental technician with strong communication skills to support and train our Asian customers using our system. You will be based in our office in Shanghai and should expect to be travelling both domestically and internationally.
Requirements
You have a dental technician background with CAD/CAM experience and have the ability to communicate advanced topics to users with different backgrounds. You must be fluent English verbally and in writing, other language skills, such as Chinese, are an extra plus. Your primary responsibility is to offer CAD/CAM training to our partners and customers and do product & sales support.
Qualifications
• Dental lab technician • Previous experience from a training and support function • Experience in communication complex topics to dental lab customers You will be part of an entrepreneual environment where you are expected to take a broad responsibility.
