Customer Service Representatives and Technical Support Representatives interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. They should deal with calls politely, courteously, professionally & assertively; understand customers' needs through effective listening and questionings skills.
Requirements:
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
At least 18 years old and above
Confident to communicate in English
Excellent customer service skills
Passionate, energetic and enthusiastic
Must be willing to work in SUCAT
