WAREHOUSE MANAGER
at Maria in Saudi Arabia
Our client is a leading retail group of companies operating across Saudi Arabia. They operate across the Kingdom with a large multicultural workforce and many retail sales outlets.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead their growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, motivate and empower employees so that KPI’s are achieved
• Effectively manage shift plans and rotas to ensure the shift is correctly staffed
• Review and manage set KPI’s to ensure targets are met and ensure exceptional customer service levels are maintained whilst ensuring all products are stored and handled in the correct manner ensuring all legislation is abided to
• Responsible for maintaining operational compliance through effective management of team members and liaise with other departments, to ensure all company expectations are met and identify any areas for potential improvement
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
• Open to Arabic nationals – Saudis very welcome to apply
• Open to other nationalities as well with exact experience as below
• 10 yrs of experience in managing warehouses and logistics in a leading food company
• Experience in Supermarkets/ Food Retail would be very preferred
