Technical Support Representatives
at Aspire IT in Philippines
We are expanding and in need of 60 Technical Support Representatives who can start IMMEDIATELY.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES interact with customers over the phone to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle, resolve complaints, particularly are technical/computer related.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have at least finished 2 years in college in any field
Confident to communicate in English (at least above average communication skills)
Background in basic hardware, software and general home electronics troubleshooting preferred or at least familiar with technical terminologies and troubleshooting
Ability to multi-task, has good computer navigation skills
Must be willing to work in shifting schedules
Willing to work in Libis, Sucat, Makati, Pasay or EDSA
Experience in a call center/technical support is an advantage but not required.
FRESH GRADUATES & UNDERGRADUATES are welcome to apply.
