full time Call Center Agents for HEALTHCARE ACCOUNTS

at Aspire IT in Philippines

Call Center Agents (Customer Service Representatives/Technical Support Representatives) interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must have at least college graduates or finished 2 years in college in any field
Confident to communicate in English and has good customer service orientation
Experience in the health insurance business will be an advantage (but not required)
Good computer navigation skills
Has very good analytical and problem solving skills, ability to multi-task
Must be willing to work in shifting schedules
Willing to work in LIBIS, Quezon City
Experience in a call center is a plus but not required.
