Qualifications:

* Candidates must have at least finished 2 years in college in any field (preferably computer-related courses) * Confident to communicate in English (at least above avergae communication skills) * Background in basic hardware, software and general home electronics troubleshooting preferred or at least familiar with technical terminologies and troubleshooting * Ability to multi-task, has good computer navigation skills * Must be willing to work in shifting schedules * Willing to work in Libis, Sucat, Makati, Pasay or EDSA * Experience in a call center/technical support is an advantage but not required.
