Urgent Hiring: Inbound Call Center Representatives!
at Acme BPO Consulting Inc. in Philippines
Acme BPO needs inbound sales representatives to support a campaign on behalf of its American client. The client is major reseller of computers and electronics for consumers who prefer to make installment payments rather than use credit or cash. Representatives will answer calls from people responding to print or broadcast media inquiring about the sales program.
Successful agents will demonstrate product knowledge and be comfortable presenting the features and benefits of the program. They will be financially driven as the program has substantial performance incentives and will be very comfortable selling.
Responsibilities:
• Directly communicate with customers and prospects to help them with the purchasing process
• Comply with call handling procedures, scripts and rebuttals during sales presentations
• Comply with documented quality procedures
• Proactively offer and present information on products and services to communicate product features and benefits
• Communicate enthusiasm about the product offering to overcome objections
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals
Requirements
• Basic telemarketing sales aptitude
• Basic computer skills including good typing skills
• Comfortable working in a competitive sales-drive environment
• Highly reliable, enthusiastic, and energetic team player
• Knowledge of basic sales techniques
• English fluency
