National Sales Manager for huge real estate corporation

The Position
The National Sales Manager will be responsible in the development of nationwide sales strategies aligned in the achievement of the company’s targets and objectives. The position will report directly to the President.
Responsibilities
●Manage and direct the activities of the Sales Department towards a goal of yielding profitable revenue for the company
●Communicate the company’s sales objectives, policies and programs within the context of the overall corporate plan
●Recommend annual sales targets and forecasts based on available project inventory subject to regular reviews as required
●Plan, direct and control the implementation of the company’s sales strategies
●Appraise the activities of the salespeople according to the overall sales strategies.
●Direct and develop recruitment strategies, performance evaluation of the sales force, motivation plans and retention programs
●Leverage knowledge on effective real estate practices to ensure that salespeople are focused to achieving their sales targets
●Coordinate the development of sales promotions, incentive programs and sales generating activities
●Represent the company as a leader in the real estate marketing industry
Qualifications
●Graduate of a Business course preferably with MBA degree.
●Must be a Licensed Real Estate Broker or willing to take the next Real Estate Broker Exam
●Minimum of 3 years extensive experience in Marketing and Sales in a senior managerial level
●Track record of success working in the real estate industry
●High level of organization and planning
●Highly analytical and with very good problem solving skills
●Knowledge of competitors products and strategies
●Strong customer focus with high level of communication and presentation skills
●Excellent command of English
●Willingness to travel nationwide
Compensation Package:
●Basic Salary of P35,000.00
●Rice Allowance of P1,000.00/month
●Override Commission based on Paid-up Sales
●Company car with driver
●Gasoline, communication and presentation allowances (reimbursable)
●HMO - Maxicare Platinum coverage
●Early Retirement Benefits
