Central Test provides a wide range of online psychometric tests for recruitment, career guidance and employee evaluation. Start-up founded in 2002, Central Test is today one of the leading publishers of online assessments in Europe, serving more thant 3500 clients worlwide.
We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to join our team in Paris.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize and implement global sales and marketing strategies for international markets
- Close sales on key accounts and ensure achievement of sales objectives
- Monitor international partnership and distribution projects
- Develop country specific communication strategy (advertising, mailing...)
- Coordinate product offers and marketing process for export
- Manage the international team (France, India, Germany...)
Required Skills & Experience
Graduate of a business-related education
Minimum of 5 years experience in sales and management operations (IT, HR services...).
Good decision-making skills, results orientated, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Culturally aware, you will bring real dynamism to the team through your "can do" attitude and motivation of others.
Fluent in English and French. Any other European language is a plus.
