HR Coordinators (AMPCO)

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of HR programs and procedures for all company employees, with an emphasis on the employment
process and talent sourcing needs of the Company, training, and safety compliance.
Specifically, the Human Resources Coordinator will:
• Policies and Procedures
-Will provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
-Assist in the administration of company policies and human resources guidelines and practices.
• Recruiting Process
-Administer Employment Process as dictated by Employment Policy and Procedure
-Coordinate the recruitment services—search firms, job websites, integration website, commercial advertising, etc. as needed.
-Coordinate HR phone interviews for candidates
-Review all emailed incoming resumes and distribute to the appropriate hiring manager as dictated by the job description and expectation of hiring manager
-Post job opening on internet sites as needed
-Coordinate interview schedules with hiring manager
-Coordinate interview and travel arrangements for all candidates
• Onboarding Process
-Provide new hire orientation for all employees.
-Coordinate new hire employee processing and new hire orientation activities ?
• Personnel Recordkeeping
-Develop and maintain up-to-date departmental records and employee personnel files, including employment applications, medical, educational and compensation records.
-Update and maintain HRIS within SAP
-Maintain confidentiality of HR records/documents/files.
• Leave/Safety Administration
-Administer company and personal leave within SAP, etc.
-Coordinate INSESO benefits
-Coordinate health benefits
• Training
-Assist the Human Resources Supervisor in the development of employee training and development programs
-Assist the Human Resources Supervisor in the coordination/delivery of training programs
-Maintain employee training/development log and update training database
• Employee Programs
-Assist in Human Resources with coordination of company activities & events
-Assist in maintaining the Employee Referral program including creating and maintaining an Employee Referral Log
-Assists with other assignments or special projects, as required
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• Education and/or experience
-Bachelor’s Degree required
-Additional 5+ years related experience or equivalent of education plus directly related education, training and experience
• Technical Skills
-SAP experience and knowledge required
-Proficient in software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other standard MS Office Programs
-Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, and percentages
-Requires superior English writing speaking skills
-Read and interpret general business periodicals, professional journal, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
-Utilize the HRIS system to maintain personnel records and generate standard and custom reports
-Ability to accurately perform keyboard functions at a minimum of 45 wpm
