Job Hiring: Dialer Engineer
at Acme BPO Consulting Inc. in Philippines
Responsibilities:
• Monitor calling campaigns to increase right party contact percentages while optimizing the platform
• Maximize outbound dialer efficiency
• Create and ensure distribution of daily dialer productivity reporting for all campaign
• Creates new center and agent profiles, maintain and update profiles as required
• Monitor performance and recommend lead segmentation and management strategies
• Manage leads as mandated by campaign guidelines
• Produce daily business reporting as required by management
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
• Manage and maintain the stability of the server and system itself
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 years experience in handling Automated Call Distribution (ACD)
• Experience of configuring and handling CentOS Linux or any Linux distribution.
• Must have a good knowledge of handling Linux Terminal, can modify & create new scripting inside the box.
• Good understanding in Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and Networking.
• Basic understanding of Local Area Network (LAN)
• Experience of handling MySQL Database Server is advantage.
• Basic understanding of PHP Programming.
• Willing to work during night shift.
• Must have a Good attitude in work and towards his/her colleagues.
