Application Support Consultant
at A.Resource Management Services in Philippines
for a huge manufacturing firm in Manila - PROJECT-BASED, MANILA- BASED to START IN JULY 2011
Job description as follows:
To receive support calls (and emails) from end users on any and all concerns regarding SAP
To analyze calls, gather more info from users, and to provide guidance on solutions which the end users themselves can implement
Relay issues to the proper end-user champions (for a particular business unit or system module) or to regional software support, who will provide operational and/or technical solutions to the same
Coordinate with all parties concened to ensure that all reported issues are addressed within the specified SLA
Qualifications for the new support person are as follows:
Graduate of any BS course (i.e., business management, engineering, CS/IT, etc.)
Knowledge of production, distribution and/or financial process concepts, either gained from academic study or from professional experience
At least 1 year professional experience in the implementation and/or support of current commercial enterprise systems (ex. MS Dynamics, Exact, Eric, SAP B1, Lawson, etc.)
Good oral and written communication skills
