Job Responsibilities and Requirements : Perform general and advanced construction and field observation onrural regional water systems, drainage projects, storage tanks, pump stationsand land development projects in North & South Dakota.Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.Conduct materials testing according to prescribed procedures.Perform field quality assurance operations for construction projects.Complete detailed construction reports High school diploma or equivalent required.2-year degree from technical school or college, or equivalent experience preferred.
