We are seeking those who have the desire and commitment to help us achieve that mission.·Leadership position responsible for all aspects of food production operations.·Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, FDA, HACCP and other regulations.·Champion and implement key business initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, TBL, Face2Face, IFBL, C.A.R.E . Plus. andGQS·Control Food Cost, providing explanation of variances andconstructing and executing appropriate corrective action plans·Develop a clear Organizational strategy for all departments to deliver breakthrough performance·Develop and analyze departmental and CSC objectives to determine improvements needed to realize short-term and long-term financial goals·Lead, train and develop managers and supervisors through performance review and development programs, using the PDR process·Ability to coach and create an environment where failure is viewed as a learning experience.·Demonstrate an instinct to establish and deliver stretch targets and motivate your team to achieve them.·Plan, organize and support menu presentations for all airline customers in the unit·Plan, organize and execute training for menu cycle changes Cold Food and Hot Food·Implement ongoing training for hot and cold kitchen staff to ensure recipe and spec compliance.·Develop and maintain an on-going proactive relationship with customers.·Plan, organize and coordinate start-up of new customer menus.·Produce written recipes and specifications when not provided by customer·Plan, organize and execute customer menu designs, presentations and implementations.·Culinary degree, Bachelors, degree, American Culinary Federation Certification or equivalent knowledge·5 years experience as an executive chef·HACCP certification an advantage·Proven success in improving work processes, leading change and role modeling positive behaviors.·Extensive experience in using and managing Variable Production Systems·Demonstrated track record of developing and promoting individuals and leading teams·Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent computer skills to include Microsoft software, Kronos
