Training Manager Needed at Association @ Aljunied

Responsibilities
Set the vision, direction, policies and procedures of training.
Implement the training and development needs of the MICE industry to enhance overall skills and career development with the aim of attaining business objectives for the industry
Implement and review productivity and innovation enhancement programs that are in line with HRM objective to grow our people.
Liaised and worked closely with government agency such as WDA and STB and relevant organisation related to the industries to develop and improve on the training courses for the Association.
Coordinate initiatives designed to foster a global culture of innovation.
Review, recommend, implement and maintain the building blocks towards organization and business excellence for the association.
Coordinate the Group Training Plan.
Support the Training Committee of the Association and worked closely with the Training Committee Chair person
Requirements
Degree from a recognized University
Min 5 years' of relevant experience in T&D
Knowledge of Tourism Industry would be an advantage
Familiar with People Developer Standards & Total Company Training Plan
The successful candidate can look forward to challenging growth prospects with the Group. Salary will commensurate with experience.
