Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of human resource administration.
  • Responsible in recruitment and selection for both full-time and part-time positions.
  • Monitor the performance assessment system and reward management system.
  • * In charge of salary and leave administration.
  • Enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Support in ad-hoc HR activities/ function.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Well versed with government labour and income tax legislations.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Possess warmth, respectful, passionate, creative, professional and relevant attributes.
  • Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
