HR Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of human resource administration.
- Responsible in recruitment and selection for both full-time and part-time positions.
- Monitor the performance assessment system and reward management system. * In charge of salary and leave administration.
- Enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Support in ad-hoc HR activities/ function.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Well versed with government labour and income tax legislations.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Possess warmth, respectful, passionate, creative, professional and relevant attributes.
- Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
