  • Preferably with 2 years experience in international marketing
  • At least 5 years in real estate
  • Able to develop international market and with existing international network
  • Must be well-trained, ambitious and enjoys selling and
  • Effective communication & presentation skills

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

  • Graduate of any business course
  • Willing to work in the evenings and weekends
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of the real estate market
  • Full grasp of telecommunication and internet marketing
  • Must have extensive social and business connections and
  • Can immediately organize a qualified sales team

EXECUTIVE SALES DIRECTOR

  • Graduate of any 4 year course from a reputable college/university
  • 21 years old and above
  • With or without sales experience
  • Must have pleasing personality and
  • Must be well-trained, ambitious and enjoys selling
