Production Shift Supervisor – Pasta Manufacturing

OUR CLIENT’s Food Products Plant - Bustan Macaroni and Noodles plant is a brand new, world class facility which started operations in 2003. It is the largest facility in the Middle East which enables the company to cater to various pasta and noodle markets in not only the Middle East but also Africa and the subcontinent.
Currently, OUR CLIENT is the fifth largest manufacturer of pasta in the world. Over the years, pasta has become a staple food in the Mid-Eastern diet and has also evolved into a main meal choice in the Far East and East African markets.
The product range comprises of the following brands:
Jenan (Main brand)
Jenan Rosa
Jenan Pisa
Pastadoro
La Casa
La Macarona
Dona Vita
Carina
Each of these brands can be found in the following pack sizes:
200g, 300g, 350g, 400g, 500g, 1kg and catering pack.
Production Shift Supervisor – Pasta Manufacturing
-To manage the shift on the production for pasta
-Should have experience in pasta processing technology i.e. FAVA, Buhler, Extrusion process.
-Prefer food technology experience
-Ensure output, efficiency objectives are met.
-4-6 years of experience in a a pasta manufacturing business
-Bachelors degree in Food Technology
Male, 28-35, nationality open
Salary: AED12,000 -15,000 Plus Medical, Life Insurance, Gratuity, Air Ticket, Family Visa, Annual Leaves
