Responsibilities

- Enthusiasm and willingness to be a member of a team striving to continually improve service levels and performance

- Manages and maintains core systems and network infrastracture

- Provides technical support records for systems and networks as well as the evaluation of other technologies .

- Contributes to the design and development of internal management reporting systems.

- Mentors and trains staff to further develop their information technology skills.


Qualifications

- Exposure to an ERP systems, ideally iScala, SAP, JD Edwards, etc.

- Microsoft SQL Server
- Microsoft Server, PC and infrastracture software
-Business intelligence tools
