Responsibilities & Duties
Day to day Duties and Activities include:
Provide administrative support to the Resident Administration Manager.
Develop and maintain an incentive program of recognition and safety milestones.
Responsibility includes publishing newsletter and keeping employees morale high to enhance good attendance and productivity while working in a safe environment
Act as liaison between the workers and management
and client in effort to keep moral and productivity high and with keeping a high standard in safety and quality.
Prepares statistical analysis of specific groups.
Prepare various reports as required daily, weekly, monthly, annual and/or job to date.
Researches industry for changes and trends.
Committed to training of a competent local staff.
Committed to the Project Safety, Health, Environmental, Security, Quality and Socioeconomic requirement
Reporting will be required and shall be prompt, accurate and professional in all form, verbal and/or written.
Administer other general personnel function
Set up and maintain specific personnel files.
Function as Team member, within a team environment with decision based on what is best for the TEAM and the Project
Provide the leadership for his/hers responsibilities and is accountable for the results.
Performs additional assignments as required.
Requirements
Major in Education plus minimum Five years practical experience
Having held a similar managerial position in the last three years.
Team player with leadership, motivational and technical skills
Working knowledge of company policies and procedures
Have good interpersonal communication and analytical skills are essential.
Computer Literate with experience in using Microsoft Outlook, Internet, Excel and Word Applications
Knowledge of English speaking with multicultural experience.
